There are no refunds for the purchase of alcohol once the order is shipped. If you decide to cancel the order Ideally you should contact us within two hours of placing the order. If we are able to stop shipping or for any other reason that may arise, there will be a 10% charge to cancel or issue money back.
Title to all product intended for shipment passes to the customer when the goods are picked up by the common carrier.

The Best Wine StoreThe Packaging/Processing Time?When placing an order with The Best Wine Store we do our best to ship the order within 24-48 Hours. Although there are sometimes circumstances where the package can take up to seven Business Days before we get it shipped. Once the package is shipped it will then take the courier an allotted amount of time to get the order delivered. Please Call or Email us at info@thebestwinestore.com in order to figure out how long your order can take if you need it as soon as possible. We ship using FedEx, UPS and GSO. An adult signature will be required upon delivery, and all carriers will make multiple attempts to delivery the package. Once they make the final attempt the package is returned back to us and you will need to contact us to make arrangements to re-ship the package. Charges will apply if this is the case. |
