A to Z Vineyard's Oregon Pinot Gris is light and fruity with well-balanced acidity. Notes of sweet lemon and light floral complement the fresh finish. Subtle cinnamon and kiwi round out the flavors. This bright white pairs best with fresh white fish, grilled shrimp, and sauteed summer vegetables.
