When will my order ship?
We work hard for you, and try to get your order to you as quickly as possible in order to provide our customer(s) with fast order turnaround time and tracking information.

We do our absolute best to ship your order within 24-48 Hours, although it's not uncommon for orders to take up to seven Business Days. Some Orders are Shipped five Business Days after receiving the order, and orders are then received by our customers seven business days there after. We use UPS, FedEx and GSO to ship most orders, and we do our very best to prevent damage.

Where do we ship?
TheBestWineStore.com currently ships within the United States (Only To Approved States). Sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Due to Covid there is no exact time frame for shipping or delivery at this time. If you need the order asap please contact us at 800.990.3670 regarding delivery time(s).

Orders shipped to Alabama may be delivered to the nearest ABC Store and held for Pick-Up.

We will not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO's or FPO's, therefore we do not ship to APO's or FPO's or PO Boxes.

What is the cost of shipping?
We do our best to provide you with the Lowest Total Shipped Price possible to your location. Since no one likes surprises we have provided a Shipping Tool on our Cart page. This tool will provide you with the total cost to deliver all of your thirst quenching selections.
Simply enter the destination state and zip code in the "Shipping Tool" boxes.
Shipping costs vary according to weight of package(s), By the act of purchasing products from www.TheBestWineStore.com the buyer authorizes us to engage a common carrier on their behalf for shipment of product.

Please note: TheBestWineStore.com reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees it may incur for an order should a customer require any additional shipping services not included in the original shipping charge at time of order. Additional shipping services not provided in the original shipping charge includes address corrections (while package is in transit) or redirecting of packages which result in additional charges by our carriers.

How is my order packaged and shipped?
We use our proprietary packaging materials to make sure your beverages are safe, please note bottles which have wrapping/paint/labels may be pealed or scratched (this is out of our control). We may combine packages that contain similar items.
The Courier makes three attempts to deliver the package before it is returned back to us.

Passing of Title?
Title to all product intended for shipment passes to the customer when the goods are picked up by the common carrier.

Weather?
Please know there may be some leakage in transit. There is nothing we can do about that, once the order is shipped. We "The Best Wine Store" is not responsible for weather related damages.
Please do not order if you feel that the product will be damaged due to weather or shipping reasons, The Best Wine Store is not liable for either of these issues.

Quality or Taste?
At TheBestWineStore.com, we are proud to offer you some of the best wines. We are also happy to help you choose wines and provide recommendations, the ultimate judgment is yours. In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of the wine unfortunately we do not accept returns once you have taken possession of the order. In addition California’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, states, “A consumer cannot overbuy for a party and then return any of the unused alcoholic beverages."

Cancellation and Returns / Refunds?
Cancellation, if you decide you don't want the order, a refund can be issued although a 10% fee will apply, as long as the item(s) have not been processed or shipped. It is best to contact us within 2 hours of placing the order if you would like to cancel. Once an order is shipped there is absolutely no returns/refunds.
Refund(s) will not be issued for most package(s) that are returned to us for any reason. If however we do issue a refund, there will be a 15% fee that will apply, and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If a product must be re-routed a fee may apply.
We are not responsible with shipping/delivery issues. If the order is returned to us, you must contact us within thirty days of last delivery attempt, and pay for shipping in order for us to re-ship the order. Also you have thirty days from the time that you place your order to contact us with either a breakage, error or missing item(s) in order for us to help.
In the event that there is a problem ie: Breakage or missing, we will do whatever we can within reason to make it right. If the package is damaged for any reason, please contact us via e-mail.

Taxes?
The customer/purchaser/receiver is responsible for the shipment of products from www.TheBestWineStore.com and is expected to know and abide by their local and state laws. Additionally the customer/purchaser/receiver is responsible for any taxes that may pertain to the shipment of product and/or other items sold through this website, and taxes for packaging and/or shipping, and gallon-age taxes if so applicable.

Product Size?
If the product size is not listed in the title or description then it is safe to assume the size is 750ml. Otherwise the product size will be noted!

Product Vintage?
It is not safe to assume the vintage, as the vintage is always changing. We do our best to update images as they become available, but this is not always the case, and your vintage may not be what is actually listed. If this is an issue, please contact us before ordering. How can I check on my order status?
After your order is processed we send you an email informing you that your tracking number(s) have been placed in your account. You can view them by logging into My Account and clicking View Order. Tracking info is placed in your Shipment Information box. You can then click on it or cut and paste it into the tracking page of:
