Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling
The Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling, despite the vineyard's French name, is actually produced here in the U.S. (specifically Columbia Valley). This dry white wine is a decent table wine, best consumed with cornish game hen and a dessert of pears flambe to bring out its other fruit and earthy notes.
