HRM Rex Goliath Giant 47 Pound Rooster Pinot Noir

HRM Rex Goliath Giant 47 Pound Rooster Pinot Noir has an American and French regime and it goes through a methodical process of maturing. For these reasons, this wine shows how much character a Pinot Noir wine truly has. This wine has a deep red color and smell that is very appealing to all of the senses that are offset by the dry and harmonic combination of black cherry and vanilla. The delicious mixture lingers to leave a good taste on the palate. There are a lot of benefits to drinking this wine and they include: being easy to drink, having a fruit-forward profile, and a fine balance between soft and subtle and complex and bold, and it also pairs well with a lot of different foods like roasted or grilled pork.

Roasted or grilled pork with a light marinade or dry rub goes well with this wine because it is leaner than beef. Do not eat fatty pork with this wine because it needs heavy tannins to get the fat off of the taste buds, and, as a light wine, Rooster Pinot Noir does not have heavy tannins. Duck, pheasant, and other “gamier” tasting animals go well with this wine (especially duck) due to the fact that it has more fat than other game (though less than beef or lamb), and even though this wine has light tannins, they still properly compliment each other. Seafood also fares well with Rooster Pinot Noir.

Salmon is a food that fares well with this wine because it has a strong and one-of-a-kind taste and heavier oil content that would overwhelm a white wine. Other fish entrees that go well with Pinot Noir are mackerel, anchovies, herring, and mullet. Lobster, shrimp, and crab collaborate with this wine as long as they are not cooked in a cream sauce. Pinot Noir is not a perfect match for this wine, but it is the best red wine if you do not want to pair it with white wine. Certain pasta dishes also pair well with Rooster Pinot Noir.

Pasta with pesto sauce pairs well with Rooster Pinot Noir because it has a strong herbal flavor. Combining the pesto sauce with some tomato will give it extra flavor to blend well with the Pinot Noir. Mushrooms in a wine also mix well with red wine. It is a natural pairing because they pair well with Pinot Noir’s mild red flavor.

This wines deep red flavor of berries and vanilla tastes so good with all of these great-tasting foods. They fare so well together that anyone that eats will enjoy a meal that is truly full of ecstasy
