This unoaked sauvignon blanc has the perfect PH, resulting in a beautiful light color and the lush, fruity aromas of guava & grapefruit. The crisp, lively finish with just a touch of waxed pepper will evoke the warm island breezes of the Mediterranean, pairing perfectly with grilled lamb, chicken, and fish, as well as sharp cheeses like Feta. This perfectly balanced, tart and not too sweet wine also goes nicely with Mexican cuisine.
