Opus One 2013

A very dry and unseasonably warm winter gave the vines an early start to the growing season which became an extraordinary vintage for Opus One 2013. It offers splendid aromas of blueberry, cassis, and blackberries. Elegantly balanced, the acidity and core structure deliver a persistent finish with hints of dark chocolate. Approachable and enjoyable now, but will be even better in 2019 and beyond. Pair with grilled filet mignon or a dry-aged bone-in prime rib roast.
