Sandeman Don Fino Sherry

Given its name, it should come as no surprise to learn that Sandeman Don Fino Sherry is made using Palamino grapes grown near the town of Jerez de la Frontera, which can be found in the Andalushia region of Spain. The result is both crisp and refreshing, which make it excellent as an appetizer as well as a pairing with seafood dishes.
