Wines of Substance Cs Cabernet Sauvignon has very attractive aromas and flavors of cassis, violet, pencil shavings, and tobacco/herbs to go along with medium-to-full-bodied, layered, rich, and a beautifully balanced profile on the palate. The nose is blackberry and dark chocolate that results in a very full-bodied and ripe of additional blackberry and chocolate supported by very supple but somewhat dusty tannins.
