Any and All Wine purchased from The Best Wine Store may be substituted for the newest or latest vintage / label (picture) unless otherwise noted!
There are no refunds for the purchase of alcohol once the order is shipped. If you decide to cancel the order Ideally you should contact us within two hours of placing the order. If we are able to stop shipping, there will be a 10% charge to cancel.
Title to all product intended for shipment passes to the customer when the goods are picked up by the common carrier.
Please know there may be some leakage in transit. There is nothing we can do about that, once the order is shipped. We "The Best Wine Store" is not responsible for weather related damages.
Please do not order if you feel that the product will be damaged due to weather or shipping reasons, The Best Wine Store is not liable for either of these issues.
